A word of caution for products made of preserved floral materials alone or in combination with dried, if they get wet, may "bleed" the color on nearby furnishings. RETURNS:
Return Merchandise Authorization RMA number. This number is to be Clearly Printed on the outside of the box being returned to warehouse. Please email us to receive your RMA number and the correct address to ship your product back to we do not reimburse shipping on items being returned.
There will be an $8.00 "Re-Stocking Charge" on returned items, depending on the Reason and Condition of the item.
If within 5 days of delivery, you are not satisfied with your arrangement for any reason whatsoever, call us toll free or Email us a letter that includes; the invoice number, phone number where you can be reached and the reason for returning the merchandise. Repack the merchandise in the box it was received in and return it within 30 days.
