Ordering: You may send your wreath order to us by calling, faxing or emailing. If you choose email we will provide you an order form templet to use.

We will provide you with a tracking number when the product is shipped. We do not have a minimum with our wholesale wreath drop ship program. If you sell one unit we will ship one unit for you.

Customer Service: It's no secret that your success is our success when it comes to the drop shipping business. We pledge to handle each drop ship customer as if it was our own. Customer service is and will remain priority number one at Wreaths For Door. You can always expect a response from Wreaths For Door on any inquiry you make within 24 business hours.

RETURNS: If within 10 days of delivery, your customer is not satisfied with the wreath for any reason whatsoever, call us toll free and receive a RMA (Return Authorization Number)or Email us a letter that includes; the invoice number, phone number where you can be reached and the reason for returning the merchandise. No items can be returned without a RMA# Repack the merchandise in the box it was received in and return it within 15 days. Please let us know if you want a CREDIT, REPLACEMENT or REFUND. There may be a 20% re-stocking charge on some items. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee (20% of the purchase price). All returns need to be in new condition and in the original packaging. In case of damaged merchandise we may ask for digital pictures showing the damaged goods or shipping boxes an order to file a shipping claim.

New Products: We are continually bringing new wreaths to market and will let you as soon as possible when an item has been discontinued or out of stock
