Wreaths For Door offers the following Returns Policy:

If within 10 days of delivery, you are not satisfied with your arrangement for any reason whatsoever, call us toll free or Email us a letter that includes; the invoice number, phone number where you can be reached and the reason for returning the merchandise. Repack the merchandise in the box it was received in and return it within 15 days. Please let us know if you want a CREDIT, REPLACEMENT or REFUND. There may be a 20% re-stocking charge on some items.You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee (20% of the purchase price). All returns need to be in new condition and in the original packaging. In case of damaged merchandise we may ask for digital pictures showing the damged goods.

WREATHS FOR DOOR SHIPPING POLICY:

All ITEMS SHIP FREE via UPS or FEDEX Ground. We are currently only shipping to the Contiguous 48 United States ONLY. All orders 
are processed immediately and ship out in 2 - 5 days other than items marked made to order or special order these items will ship out in
14-21 business days or less. We do not ship to APO/FPO Addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or any other US Territories other
